RISE Graduate Studies
The program objectives of the MS Degree program are to:
- Increase the number of undergraduate and MS level graduate students who are academically successful in the sciences;
- Increase undergraduate and MS level graduate students’ skills, preparation and commitment to conduct research; and
- Improve individualized undergraduate and graduate students’ competitiveness for entering and completing PhD level programs in the biomedical/behavioral Sciences.
- A two-week bridge to the Masters to im-prove the transition from undergraduate school to the Masters programs
- Seminar, Journal Clubs and Saturday Acad-emies

Eligibility:
- US Citizen or Permanent resident
- GPA of 2.8 or higher
- Acceptance into biomedical related Masters Program
- Intention to obtain a Ph.D. in one of the biomedical sciences
